Jean-Rémi is a French citizen born and raised in Paris who graduated with a Master of Science in Finance from University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Science in General Management at HEC Paris.

The last 23 years, Jean-Rémi worked within the pharmaceutical industry especially biotechnology in Europe, Asia, Africa and Middle East. He collected expertise in general management, business development, people management and process optimization. He had the opportunity to manage business complexity both at affiliate level and business area level which strengthened his ability to work under pressure with a permanent focus on meeting short-term and long-term deadlines. As a Leadership Team Member, he always encouraged creative thinking, continuous improvement and transparent work practices to secure efficiency. Deeply involved into strategic processes, he implemented new tools to strengthen local business understanding, facilitate the decision making and sustain the whole business for the long term.
