With more than 25 years of experience and knowledge in the banking, finance and financial technology industry, Milasari has worked with ultra high net worth clients for numerous private banking institutions in Indonesia, Singapore and Hong Kong. She was the founder and Managing Director of an Independent Asset Management company registered under the Monetary Authority of Singapore. In 2012, she foresaw that Indonesia would transition into branchless banking and cashless businesses, setting up an E-payment company, Electronic Transaction Asia, before acquiring Intrajasa in December 2015.

Acting as CEO until 2020, Intrajasa was a payment solutions company, with its payment gateway being licensed for remittance by the Central Bank of Indonesia. In addition to acting as the owner and CEO of PT Intrajasa, she also co-founded PT Berkarya Makmur Sejahtera (BMS) in 2018, investing in retail, wholesale, megastores, property and healthcare.
