With a diverse background encompassing multiple countries and industries, coupled with an MBA in Finance, I offer extensive expertise as the founder of Bonte Filipidis, a luxury boutique real estate agency (www.bontefilipidis.com), and as a partner at Golden Estate FCR, a €100 million venture capital fund (www.goldenestatefcr.pt). My focus lies in high-end residential and commercial real estate, as well as sustainable energy initiatives in Portugal and Poland. Our endeavors have significantly  contributed to landmark developments, including the Hilton-branded residence in Carcavelos and the Marinha Guincho Residences in Cascais. As an expatriate, I possess a keen understanding of the unique needs of investors in Europe. I leverage this insight to establish effective communication channels, educating potential investors about the Portuguese real estate market and lifestyle. Additionally, I am actively expanding my presence on social media platforms such as YouTube and Instagram, where I share valuable content related to living in Portugal, navigating local administration, and showcasing distinctive investment opportunities in both Portugal and Ibiza, where we have recently opened an office. Moreover, I am actively playing a pivotal role in raising capital for the development of Eko Atlantic, a sustainable smart city in Lagos, Nigeria, which I believe has the potential to become the next Silicon Valley of Africa. Driven by strong values of sustainability and humanity, I have also recently become an ambassador for The Good Bottle, a biodegradable plastic company. My commitment to empowering women is reflected in my previous position on the board of the Women’s Indian/Luso Chamber of Commerce (WICCI), where I actively supported various nonprofit initiatives. Additionally, I have assumed the role of Business Development Consultant for Amicus Energy, where I oversee the sales and distribution of aviation fuel to airline companies globally.
