Eileen Williams
Having been awarded the MBE in 2014 for her contribution to British Trade in the events industry and charity work, Eileen continues to develop her work and for more than 20 years Eileen has been working in the event industry, and specializes in safety, security & service delivery at major sporting events and music festivals.
Her portfolio includes key operational roles in stadium event management, mass recruitment, workforce management, training and development with the extended skills of the design, implementation and delivery of national & international and bespoke qualifications.
Her experience ranges across in country global events including FIFA World Cup and Rugby & Cricket World Cup events and multiple site global tournaments – Olympics & Commonwealth Games, and planning and design of freestanding festival and concert locations.
At present, Eileen is the Senior Safety Officer at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. This stadium was opened in 2019 and is a multi purpose venue where she has been leading on the mobiliastion of the stadium since 2019 to present. Eileen is the lead safety, security and Counter terrorism planner for all events including Football, boxing, NFL and concerts.
In November 2021, the Innovation Institute for Fan Experience (IIFX)invited Eileen to join them as an advisor and was appointed as a Distinguished Fellow of the organisation.
Her career in early year’s education and latterly adult education have provided a basis to support many in career progression and she has a passion for creating opportunities for others, through innovation and signposting.

Eileen has been recognised through International and UK Business awards for both working the events industry and running young people apprenticeships and demonstrating positive economic impact in deprived areas in the UK
